Program Automation, Inc. is an independent (not affiliated with any distributor), PROM programming service, established in 1979, and dedicated to providing high quality, value pricing, and fast turnaround times for its customers.
We use all Data I/0 equipment which is calibrated and updated on a scheduled basis in an ESD controlled environment.
Program Automation, Inc., puts special emphasis on Intel parts, such as surface mount packages and memory cards. We specialize in the programming of new parts, often building custom adapters to meet customers' needs. We have just added a new capability for programming low voltage components.
Unlike many other companies, we do not charge setup fees, charging our customers only per item programmed.
All parts are packaged for shipping according to Intel standards, to provide maximum protection from damage, such as coplanarity and related problems which can occur during shipping if parts are not properly secured.
As an added security measure, we do a first article verification, which is signed off by the customer, to ensure the integrity of the customer's data. We accept data on a master chip, on a diskette, or by download, or, for an extra fee, we can manually key enter data, all subject to verification by the customer.
Our customer base includes I/C manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and others. |
